Payment Methods at Acgwin

This page reports measurements, not marketing. Between 3 July and 18 August 2026 our editors ran 61 timed withdrawal cycles at Acgwin, stopping the clock when the money was visible in the destination account rather than when the cashier marked a request approved. What follows are medians and worst cases from that log, plus the seven rails the cashier lists.

The seven rails and what each one costs to enter

Eight of the 61 cycles ran past two hours. All eight fell on weekend evenings, and the single slowest, 3 hours 12 minutes, landed on a Sunday at 21.40 WIB. We publish that number deliberately: an average would have buried it.

Why weekend evenings are slower

Two effects stack. Platform traffic peaks between 20.00 and 23.00 WIB, so more requests queue at once, and the manual review desk does not scale with that traffic. The median does not move; the tail of the distribution stretches. If you can choose when to cash out, a weekday morning request and a crypto rail together remove most of the waiting.

Withdrawal limits

Verification before the first withdrawal

A first payout request is not processed until identity verification closes. The document list is short: an ID card and one selfie holding that ID. A bank or wallet statement is added only when the name on the destination account differs from the name on the gaming account. Our recorded median for the review is 3 working hours, with a 24-hour ceiling.

Because the check happens once per account, the cheapest moment to clear it is registration day, when no balance is waiting on it. A sharp image, four corners visible, no glare, rarely has to be resubmitted. This site neither receives nor stores anyone's documents; uploads happen in the operator's own account panel.

A one-letter difference in a name is the most common reason a first payout stalls. Check the spelling in the wallet and in the bank account before you submit, not after.

Fees: who deducts what

The platform charges nothing on deposits. On withdrawals the first three requests in any 24-hour window are free of deduction, and from the fourth onward the blockchain or provider fee is taken from the amount sent. Anything you see deducted on a deposit almost always originates at the bank, the wallet or the card issuer rather than at the cashier.

Two rails add their own timing costs rather than money. Cards require 3-D Secure on every deposit, which adds a step but no fee. Bitcoin deducts the network fee from the amount transferred, and that fee is set by the network, not by the operator.

One cashier for both directions

Every money operation at Acgwin sits in a single account panel. Deposits and withdrawals draw on the same list of rails, so once a first deposit succeeds the return route is already known to the system and does not need registering again. One balance serves the whole catalogue: moving between rails never splits your funds or your bonus progress.

The same panel stores a reference number for every operation. That number is what support traces a case by, and you will need it far less often if you keep it from the start.

Pending status: what it means and how long it lasts

A pending withdrawal means the money has left the playing balance but has not yet been sent to the payment provider. During that window the finance desk matches the account against the verification file and checks recent bonus activity. In all 61 logged cycles this status appeared on every payout without exception: it is a normal stage, not a warning sign, and while a request is still pending it can usually be cancelled and the funds returned.

If the status outlasts the worst case recorded for your rail, send the reference number to live chat. Median first response there is 3 minutes 40 seconds, rising to roughly 8 minutes during the 20.00 to 23.00 WIB peak.

Minimum deposit, rail by rail

The entry thresholds are not uniform because handling costs are not uniform. QRIS sits at IDR 15,000, the DANA and OVO wallets at IDR 25,000, bank transfer and both card rails at the equivalent of IDR 50,000, roughly US$3, and Bitcoin at the equivalent of IDR 75,000 because the network fee has to be covered. The figure that applies is shown next to each rail once you are logged in.

One thing is easy to miss: the cashier threshold is not the bonus threshold. The qualifying deposit for the welcome offer is IDR 25,000, so a IDR 15,000 QRIS top-up still lands in full but attracts no bonus and leaves your balance free of a 12x wagering requirement.

When we open a log on a new rail we always start at the lowest amount it accepts. One small cycle answers three questions at once: whether the money arrives, how long it takes, and how much is deducted on the way. A processed deposit cannot be reversed, so reading before sending is not a formality.

The account is denominated in IDR

There is no currency choice at Acgwin: every deposit, bonus, bet and payout is recorded in rupiah. On the four local rails that means no conversion at all, and what the wallet or bank debits is exactly what lands on the balance. On cards and Bitcoin a conversion happens once, and that is where the number can drift.

For cards, the issuer converts at its own rate with its own margin, and a foreign transaction fee may apply on top depending on where the card was issued. For Bitcoin, the rate is locked at the moment the request is confirmed, so price movement during the transfer does not change what you receive. After any converted deposit, open the transaction history and compare the credited amount with what your bank debited: the rate applied is visible there, and a fresh payment is far easier to query than an old one.

FAQ

How long does a withdrawal actually take?
Our editors logged 61 timed cycles between 3 July and 18 August 2026. E-wallet and QRIS payouts had a median of 47 minutes, an upper quartile of 1 hour 55 minutes and one worst case of 3 hours 12 minutes. Crypto payouts had a median of 25 minutes after approval. Card payouts take 1 to 3 banking days, and bank transfers clear in 2 to 6 hours inside the 08.00 to 16.00 WIB clearing window.
Which methods are available outside Indonesia?
Seven methods are listed in the cashier. QRIS, DANA and OVO are Indonesian rails and work only inside Indonesia. Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and Bitcoin are the routes available more widely. Card payouts are not supported in every country: where a card refund cannot be sent, the withdrawal is routed as a bank transfer instead.
What are the deposit and withdrawal limits?
A single deposit is capped at IDR 50,000,000. Withdrawals start at IDR 50,000, are capped at IDR 25,000,000 per request and at IDR 100,000,000 per 24 hours. The first three payout requests each day carry no deduction; from the fourth onward the network or provider fee is taken from the amount sent.
What does verification require and how long does it take?
An ID card plus one selfie holding that ID. A bank or wallet statement is requested only when the name on the destination account differs from the name on the gaming account. The median review time we recorded is 3 working hours with a 24-hour ceiling, and a first withdrawal request is not processed until the review is closed.

What we could not verify

The log covers what we ran, and its edges are worth stating. We did not test single requests above IDR 10,000,000, did not test behaviour on public holidays, did not test USDT on any network other than TRC-20, and could not verify any claim about priority queues for particular account tiers. If such a difference exists, it did not show up across 61 cycles.

Numbers on this page belong to the summer 2026 measurement wave. When a new wave produces different medians, the figures will be replaced and the period stated, rather than quietly averaged with the old ones.
