Visa at Acgwin
Visa is one of the two card rails at Acgwin and the most widely available of the seven methods overall. The entry threshold is the equivalent of IDR 50,000, roughly three US dollars, and the deposit is credited instantly once the 3-D Secure challenge passes. The return leg is slower than any local rail and, in some countries, not available at all.

3-D Secure is mandatory, not optional
Every card deposit at Acgwin goes through the 3-D Secure step, which sends the authentication challenge to your issuing bank: an app prompt, a one-time code, or a biometric confirmation depending on the issuer. A card that cannot complete that challenge cannot fund the account, whatever its balance. This is also the only place a card deposit realistically stalls, and the fix is on the bank's side rather than the cashier's: enable the issuer's app notifications before you deposit, not while a challenge is timing out.
Where a card cannot receive a payout
Card payouts run 1 to 3 banking days after approval and are not supported in every country, because the ability to push a refund back to a card depends on the issuer and the local scheme rules. Where it cannot be done, the withdrawal is routed as a bank transfer to an account in your own name instead of being refused. It is worth knowing this before you choose a card as your deposit rail, since the return route follows the deposit route by default.
Limits that apply
- Minimum deposit: the equivalent of IDR 50,000; maximum per deposit: IDR 50,000,000.
- Minimum withdrawal: IDR 50,000; maximum per request: IDR 25,000,000.
- Maximum per 24 hours: IDR 100,000,000, with the first three requests free of deduction.
- Your issuer may add its own foreign transaction fee; that charge belongs to the bank, not the operator.
How a card deposit compares with the local rails
Speed is not the reason to use a card here. QRIS costs less to enter, at IDR 15,000, and pays out with a logged median of 47 minutes, while a card payout takes days. The reason to use a card is availability: it works where QRIS, DANA and OVO do not, and it needs no wallet account or crypto knowledge. If you are inside Indonesia and already hold a local wallet, the wallet rails will nearly always be both cheaper and faster.
Sensible card habits
Deposit limits exist in the account settings and are worth setting before the first card transaction rather than after an uncomfortable month; a tightening takes effect immediately, while a loosening waits 24 hours by design. Enable transaction notifications with your issuer so every charge is visible as it happens. And keep the reference number from each deposit until the balance moves, because a card charge that has left the bank but not reached the balance is traced by that number and nothing else.
