Bitcoin at Acgwin
Bitcoin is the fastest rail in our outbound log and the most expensive one to enter. The threshold is the equivalent of IDR 75,000, set that high because the network fee has to be covered, and the payout median after approval is 25 minutes against 47 minutes for the local wallets. The full coin list, including USDT on TRC-20 and Litecoin, is on the crypto guide.

One confirmation, and what that means in minutes
The cashier credits a Bitcoin deposit after a single network confirmation. In practice that lands in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how busy the network is when you send; it is not a queue at the operator and cannot be accelerated from either side. On the way out the picture reverses: the logged median is 25 minutes after approval, with an upper quartile of 50 minutes and a worst case of 1 hour 20 minutes. No clearing calendar applies, which is exactly why this rail leads the table.
The rate is locked when the request is confirmed
The account is denominated in rupiah, so every crypto operation passes through one conversion. That conversion is fixed at the second the request is confirmed rather than when the network broadcasts the transfer, so price movement while a transaction is in flight does not change what you receive. Bitcoin does move, unlike a dollar-pegged stablecoin, and over a fifteen-minute window that movement is usually small but never guaranteed. Anyone keeping a budget should write down the inbound rate once, so the comparison with the outbound rate rests on a number rather than a memory.
The network fee comes out of the amount sent
The platform charges nothing, but the blockchain does, and its fee is deducted from the amount transferred rather than added on top. On withdrawals the frequency rule applies as on every other rail: the first three requests in any 24-hour window are free of deduction, and from the fourth the network fee is taken from the amount sent. Consolidating several small payouts into one request is always cheaper.
Five habits that prevent the expensive mistakes
- Copy the address with the copy button in the cashier; never type it by hand.
- Check the first four and last four characters after pasting, as a defence against address-swapping malware.
- Send one small test transfer before your first large one.
- Keep the transaction hash until the destination balance moves, in both directions.
- Store the wallet recovery phrase outside your phone gallery and outside any online note.
Crypto is pseudonymous, not anonymous
Using a blockchain does not remove the verification requirement. A first payout still waits for KYC to close: an ID card plus one selfie holding it, median review 3 working hours with a 24-hour ceiling. The wallet address carries no name, but the gaming account does, and that is what is checked. Calling this rail private in the sense of identity-free would be a claim we cannot support. Blockchain transactions are also final: no party, including the operator, can reverse one after the network accepts it.
