How to deposit at Acgwin
This part of the log covers the inbound direction only: what each rail costs to enter, how long the money actually takes to appear, and what pushes a payment into the manual queue. The outbound direction lives in the withdrawal log, and the full picture is on the payments page.
Seven thresholds, one ceiling
| Method | Minimum | Credited | Guide |

| QRIS | IDR 15,000 | Under 3 minutes | Guide |
| DANA | IDR 25,000 | Under 3 minutes | Guide |
| OVO | IDR 25,000 | Under 3 minutes | Guide |
| Bank transfer | IDR 50,000 | 10–40 min in clearing | Guide |

A single deposit is capped at IDR 50,000,000 on every rail. QRIS, DANA and OVO are Indonesian rails available only inside Indonesia; the crypto guide extends the coin list to USDT on TRC-20 and Litecoin.
Deposit at AcgwinFive steps from cashier to balance
- Sign in, open the account panel and choose the deposit tab.
- Pick a rail; the threshold that applies is shown beside its name, not on some other page.
- Enter an amount. If you want the welcome offer, note that its qualifying deposit is IDR 25,000, above the QRIS threshold.
- Complete the payment: a wallet PIN, a 3-D Secure prompt from your card issuer, or a wallet-to-address transfer for Bitcoin.
- Keep the reference number or transaction hash until the balance actually moves, not until the success screen appears.
How long the money really takes
The three Indonesian wallet and code rails credit almost immediately: under three minutes in every measurement we ran. Cards clear instantly once 3-D Secure passes, which is the only step that can stall them. Bank transfer follows a calendar rather than a clock: 10 to 40 minutes inside the 08.00 to 16.00 WIB clearing window, and transfers sent after that are matched the next morning. Bitcoin is credited after one network confirmation, usually 10 to 20 minutes depending on how busy the network is.
None of these differences are about queue priority. An IDR 20,000 deposit and an IDR 20,000,000 deposit travel exactly the same path.
Three rules that are not negotiable
- The sending wallet, card or account must be in your own name; a mismatch moves the payment into manual review.
- Card deposits require 3-D Secure. A card that cannot complete that challenge cannot fund the account, whatever its balance.
- A processed deposit cannot be reversed, including when you picked the wrong promotion.
Why the first deposit should be the smallest one
We open every new rail log at the lowest amount it accepts, and the reason is efficiency rather than caution. One small deposit answers three questions at once: whether the money arrives, how long it takes, and how much is deducted along the way. Once those three answers exist, the next amount can be chosen without guessing. A large first deposit that sticks leaves you waiting on a support reply while thinking about far more money than necessary.
If the balance has not moved
Check the status in the sending app first. Money that has left a wallet is often only pending on the cashier side, and the usual causes repeat: a name that does not match, an amount below the threshold, a 3-D Secure challenge that timed out, or a crypto transfer sent on the wrong network. Once those are ruled out, send the reference number and the time of sending to live chat. Median first response there is 3 minutes 40 seconds, rising to roughly 8 minutes during the 20.00 to 23.00 WIB peak.
All seven deposit methods above appear in the cashier in the same order every time you open it. Wallets, QRIS and crypto count as instant deposit options and are the quickest way to fund account balance; bank rails take longer because they are tied to clearing hours. Check the deposit minimum for each method before confirming, since the figures range from IDR 15,000 to the equivalent of IDR 75,000.
