Limit changes are not treated the same in both directions, and that is the design rather than an oversight. Play-time reminders: the lightest tool, and its limit

A reminder appears every 30 or 60 minutes with time played and the net result, and play continues if you choose to continue. It closes nothing; it interrupts autopilot briefly. That is real strength for a player still in control and close to nothing for a player who is not, because a warning dismissed unread has stopped working.

It cannot be lifted early on request, and support staff have no authority to override it — which is precisely what makes it worth using.

Self-exclusion is a far heavier instrument than a time-out. Access is closed rather than paused, and the application is processed within 24 hours, after which deposits and all promotional contact stop. There is no early reversal in any form. When the period ends the account does not reopen automatically: a deliberate step is required, and there is often a further waiting period before access returns.

What happens to the balance and the bonus

Real money left in the account is normally returned to the player. Active bonuses, free spins and unfinished turnover progress are generally forfeited and are not restored afterwards. The practical consequence: if you are part-way through 12x wagering on a Rp 200,000 bonus, starting a break mid-way means releasing the rest of that turnover. That is not a reason to delay a break, only something better known before pressing the button than after.
